Your Rights and Obligations

1. Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 53bd ("53bd", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform available at https://53bd.io ("Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or placing any wager through the Platform, you confirm that you have read this Agreement in full, that you understand its contents, and that you agree to be bound by all of its terms without reservation.

If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any updated version of this Agreement constitutes your acceptance of those updates.

2. Eligibility & Age Verification

Access to and use of the 53bd Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. The Platform is strictly prohibited to persons under 21 years old.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, partnerships, and other legal persons may not register accounts.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on any 53bd-recognised responsible gaming register.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative for any third party.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or officer of 53bd, nor a close associate or family member of any such person.

53bd reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid Bangladeshi National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Accounts that fail to pass age verification will be suspended and any balances held pending review. Accounts confirmed to belong to persons under 21 will be permanently closed and any funds forfeited in accordance with applicable policy.

3. Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on the 53bd Platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different identity information, payment methods, or device configurations — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 53bd reserves the right to close all such accounts, void any open bets, and withhold any associated balances pending investigation.

3.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at the time of registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You are obligated to keep this information current. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account closure.

3.3 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for the security of your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. 53bd will never request your password by email, live chat, or phone. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. 53bd accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to take reasonable steps to protect their credentials.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations and responsible gaming commitments, 53bd may require identity verification documents before processing withdrawals or at any other time at our sole discretion. Requested documents may include government-issued photo ID, proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified by 53bd may result in account restriction or closure.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

53bd currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Supported payment methods are subject to change at any time without prior notice. The current list of available methods will always be displayed in your account deposit and withdrawal sections.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits vary by payment method and account tier. Current limits are displayed at the time of initiating a transaction. 53bd reserves the right to amend these limits at any time.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. Mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically completed within 5–15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days. 53bd reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending completion of identity verification or fraud screening. No fees are charged by 53bd on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on the 53bd Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). 53bd does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion required by your payment provider is outside of 53bd's control and any associated conversion fees are your responsibility.

4.5 Refused Transactions

53bd reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or hold any transaction where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, violation of this Agreement, or breach of any applicable law. In such cases, 53bd will make reasonable efforts to notify you, subject to any legal obligation to withhold such notification.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by 53bd are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be clearly stated at the time the promotion is presented. Where a conflict exists between a specific promotion's terms and this Agreement, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence for matters directly related to that promotion only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be requested. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus will be clearly communicated in the promotion details. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are fully met.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

53bd monitors bonus usage and reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim bonus funds and any associated winnings where it determines, at its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, exploiting low-risk or arbitrage betting strategies to meet wagering requirements, and coordinating with other players to qualify for bonuses in bad faith.

5.4 Expiry

Bonus funds that are not used within the validity period specified in the relevant promotion will expire and be removed from the account automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated. Check the specific promotion terms for applicable validity windows.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Game Integrity

All casino games offered on the 53bd Platform are provided by internationally certified game providers including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. Each provider uses certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems that have been independently tested and audited. 53bd does not manipulate game outcomes and publishes RTP (Return to Player) percentages for all slot titles.

6.2 Bet Acceptance

A bet or wager is only valid and binding once it has been accepted and confirmed by the 53bd Platform system. Bets placed during system errors, connectivity interruptions, or during any period in which the Platform is operating outside normal parameters may be voided at 53bd's discretion. Any partial bets or wagers placed during a disconnection will be settled according to the state of the game at the moment of disconnection, as recorded by 53bd's servers.

6.3 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets, including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures), football, kabaddi, and hockey, are subject to specific sports betting rules available in the Sports Betting Rules section of the Platform. In the event of a dispute regarding the result of any sporting event, the official result as declared by the relevant governing body shall be the authoritative result for settlement purposes.

6.4 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and betting markets. These limits are displayed at the time of placing a wager. 53bd reserves the right to amend stake limits at any time and without prior notice. Where a maximum win limit applies to any game or bet type, this will be clearly communicated in the game or market interface.

6.5 Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a software error, system malfunction, or human error that results in the display of incorrect odds, game outcomes, or account balances, 53bd reserves the right to void affected bets and correct the error. No player shall have a valid claim to winnings derived from a manifest error. 53bd will make reasonable efforts to resolve such matters fairly and promptly.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 53bd Platform and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement:

• Creating more than one account, whether under the same or different identity credentials.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Match-fixing or any attempt to influence the outcome of any sporting event for betting purposes.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to obtain winnings that would not otherwise have been generated.
• Providing false identity or age information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Using another person's payment method or account credentials without their explicit consent.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts or degrades the experience of other players on the Platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the Platform's software or systems.

Where 53bd identifies prohibited conduct, it reserves the right to void all affected bets, suspend or permanently close the account, withhold any associated balances pending investigation, and report the matter to relevant authorities where legally required.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 53bd Platform — including but not limited to software, design elements, graphics, text, logos, game titles, and interfaces — is the intellectual property of 53bd or its licensed content providers. Nothing in this Agreement grants you any right, licence, or interest in any intellectual property owned by 53bd or its providers.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform's content without the prior written consent of 53bd. Unauthorised use of 53bd intellectual property may give rise to legal claims.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

53bd collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you also confirm your acceptance of the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, how we protect it, and what rights you have in relation to your data.

53bd does not sell, rent, or transfer personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes. Data is processed solely for the purposes of operating the Platform, fulfilling our legal and regulatory obligations, preventing fraud, and delivering customer support.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 53bd's liability to you in connection with the Platform and this Agreement is limited as follows:

• 53bd is not liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.
• 53bd is not liable for losses resulting from system outages, internet connectivity issues, or third-party service failures outside of its direct control.
• 53bd is not liable for losses resulting from your failure to comply with this Agreement, including account security obligations.
• 53bd's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 90 days preceding the relevant claim.

Nothing in this Agreement limits 53bd's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other matter for which liability cannot be legally excluded.

11. Responsible Gaming

53bd is firmly committed to responsible gaming as an operational principle. The following tools are available to all registered players free of charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from your account settings. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 48-hour cooling period.
• Session Time Reminders: Set a maximum session duration after which you will receive an on-screen reminder and the option to end your session.
• Cooling-Off Period: Suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 90 days) during which you will not be able to log in or place wagers.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account and request that you are not permitted to re-register for a minimum of 6 months. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours.

12. Amendments & Termination

12.1 Amendments

53bd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace this Agreement at any time. Where amendments are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must close your account before the effective date.

12.2 Account Closure by Player

You may close your account at any time by contacting 53bd support at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed to your registered payment method. Account closure does not affect any legal obligations or liabilities that have arisen prior to closure.

12.3 Account Termination by 53bd

53bd reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that you have breached this Agreement, engaged in fraudulent or illegal conduct, or where continued operation of your account would expose 53bd to legal, financial, or reputational risk. In the event of termination for cause, 53bd may withhold account balances pending investigation and resolution.

12.4 Governing Law

This Agreement and any dispute arising from your use of the 53bd Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.
